Amigo was designed to become Geeksphone’s first Android tablet, and one of Europe’s first tablet devices featuring this operating system. The project was abandoned in production-ready stage due to market concerns and a change of Geeksphone’s strategic focus, then sold to a 3rd party.
It featured a Freescale i.MX505 @ 600MHz processor, a 7inch XGA LED Multitouch screen, 512MB/4GB memory configuration, and a video conference camera.
